Where to provide the "PUL"?

The PUL was created in 1997 and revealed in 2001 in France by Dr Elie CALLABE (Orthodontist) and Mr Jean-Charles MORIN (Orthesist). It is an international patent. Lot of laboratories have been trained to be able to manufacture it.
